Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two convenient shipping methods to meet your needs:

Standard Shipping (£12.95)

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Includes full tracking

Free Shipping (Orders over £50)

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
  • Includes basic tracking

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be in original condition (unused, undamaged, with all tags and packaging intact)
  • Return request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Original proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used lawnmowers or power tools (Garden power tools, Lawnmowers categories)
  • Opened packages of pressure washers (Pressure washers category)
  • Custom-made trellis or screening that has been cut to size (Trellis & screening category)

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Contact Customer Service

  • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Our team will review your request and email you within 2 business days with:

  • Return authorization (if approved)
  • Return shipping instructions
  • Return shipping label (for eligible returns)

Step 3: Package & Ship Your Return
Please ensure:

  • Item is in original packaging with all accessories
  • Include the original invoice or packing slip
  • Package securely to prevent damage
  • Ship to the address provided in your return authorization

Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once received:

  • We inspect items within 3-5 business days
  • You’ll receive email notification when processing is complete

Refund Information

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Important Notes:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective/wrong items)
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Information

For exchanges:

  • We ship your replacement once we receive your return
  • For higher-value exchanges, you’ll pay the difference
  • For lower-value exchanges, we’ll refund the difference
  • Standard shipping rates apply unless the original item was defective/incorrect

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
