Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Flyymo Care Garden Shop, we stand behind the quality of our premium garden tools and equipment. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our straightforward returns and exchanges process.
Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Item must be in its original condition (unused, undamaged, with all tags and packaging intact)
- Return request must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
- Original proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
Important Note: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
- Used lawnmowers or power tools (Garden power tools, Lawnmowers categories)
- Opened packages of pressure washers (Pressure washers category)
- Custom-made trellis or screening that has been cut to size (Trellis & screening category)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Contact Our Customer Service
Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your return/exchange request within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include:

- The item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return/exchange
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Our team will review your request and email you within 2 business days with:
- Return authorization (if approved)
- Return shipping instructions
- Return shipping label (for eligible returns)
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Please ensure:
- Item is in its original packaging with all accessories
- Include the original invoice or packing slip
- Securely package to prevent damage during transit
- Ship to the address provided in your return authorization
Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once we receive your return:
- We will inspect the item within 3-5 business days
- You will receive email notification once processing is complete
Refund Information
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective/wrong items)
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
- Refund timing depends on your payment provider (typically appears within 1-2 billing cycles)
Exchange Information
For exchanges:
- We will ship your replacement item once we receive your return
- If the exchange item is of higher value, you will need to pay the difference
- If the exchange item is of lower value, we will refund the difference
- Standard shipping rates apply for exchanges unless the original item was defective or incorrect
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

- Include photos of the damaged/incorrect item and packaging
- We will arrange for return shipping at our expense and expedite your replacement or refund
